Let's go to the circus, baby!

Oh, my goodness! Where have I been?

To be honest, I'm not totally sure. But I'm back now and that's all that matters, blog-wise.

Anyway, onto the post. As well as clothes, I harbour a passion for makeup - especially vibrant eye makeup. (I'm a makeup hoarder. What can I say - it's addictive!)

I decided to post a picture of my recent eye art:

So I may have bumped up the colour a bit using some editing tools... But you get the general circus girl theme. I love bright colours, and big bad block colour is just so spring.

I have come back from Candyland.

Due to the oppressive storm clouds that have appeared overnight, I decided I would dress colourful:

Shirt, Prada; Skirt, DKNY; Shoes, thrifted; Bag, Guess.

The lovely bag is my mum's hand-me-down to me. I can't resist enthusiastically swinging to around when I'm out with it. That is until I inevitably hit something.

I poofed up the skirt using a tutu, which makes me feel very fairy-like indeed. I found the skirt (and also the shirt) at a local charity store. I am a broke teenager, I could not afford such expensive - but beautiful - clothing otherwise!

I thrifted these old lady shoes from another charity store. And even though they are an incy bit too big, I still love them. They add charm to the outfit.

If I had a funky umbrella, I could be Mary Poppins!
